Working with Jennifer Rogerson was one of the biggest blessings about our entire home search and home buying process. We could not have been luckier to have been saved by her after dealing with a very pushy realtor prior to that. From day one, Jennifer was so endearing, helpful, and intelligent about catering to our every ask and need. She was NOT pushy at all and gave us the amount of time and space we needed while we worked to sort through finances and decisions that come about during the entire process. She prioritized us and made time for us to make things work for us. She took the time to talk to us about our issues and obstacles and was just there as someone we could talk to about anything really. These are things that are the act of a genuine kind person and friend, let alone a realtor that sincerely has your best interest at heart. She knew what we liked in a home and was open and honest if we stepped into a showing and she would tell us bluntly “no this one is not right for you guys”. She stuck by our side for two entire years searching for homes for us and showed so much patience with us through it all, even when the market wasn’t very patient and at times was the most frenetic in recent history. And then, finally, when the stars aligned and we found our home, she helped us in the negotiating process to work a very enticing deal that WE were happy with. She also is so well connected with the right people in their own respective roles that made us feel really comfortable about our home (inspectors, painters, etc.). Praises for Lydia Gable and Kevin Minn and the entire team of LG Realty Group ! We just completed a very difficult double transaction, buying and selling with a contingency and a 1031 exchange all at the same time as well as a Trust Sale. Everything went as smooth as silk. Kevin Minn went to bat for us on the items that were needed for repair as well as staying in constant communication with us through the entire thing Both Kevin and Lydia were very patient with us and my Mom who is 87 years old and selling her home that she had lived in for 60 years. It was very emotional and they were both extremely patient with her. Again, we can't sing praises enough for their professionalism. We could've never done this without them !

Mistie Larson is a gem! How can we ever thank you for all that you did for us? This review will not do justice to what a treasure you are. We were looking to relocate from the Bay Area down to SoCal, and such a big move needed the expertise of a realtor that knew her stuff, and did Mistie go above and beyond for us! We worked with HomeLight and through all the amazing people Mistie put us in touch with, we were able to sell our home during one of the most difficult times, just before the interest rates skyrocketed, find our dream house on a wonderful street, walking distance to our choice of school, and pack up, relocate, and close on our new home all within a month and a half!!! We could not have done all of this on our own, and having Mistie be strong and assertive, yet kind and so organized, we simply couldn’t have found a better person to share in this wonderful milestone of finding us a beautiful home.
