It's a two-way street. It's a dance. It's a conversation.Sellers, listen up. We hear the market shifting, and our average days on market for active days is starting to increase to 57 days. So if you do get an offer, don't be offended. Be happy you're getting an offer because there's a lot of homes out there that aren't getting an offer. So if it's 5% or 10% below your list price, for sure counter. It's a dance. It's a conversation. You don't know because you might be able to meet in the middle. You might be able to get your house sold and move on to the next chapter of your life. Remember, did you list your home to list it or did you list your home to sell it? You get an offer, negotiate.
