Listen, it's a lot longer. It used to be single digits, right? So some things that you need to think about if your home is on the market are:

• How's it priced compared to everything else on the market?

• How does it look?

• How does it look online?

• How's it staged?

• Is the kitchen remodeled?

• Is the bathroom remodeled?

• Are the photographs good?

• Are you getting the showings?

The most important thing in a shifting market is that you're working with an agent who's providing you with support and information.

• Are you getting seller updates?

• Do you know what your home looks like?

• Do you know how many views it's getting?

• Do you know how many showings it's getting?

• Are you getting feedback about what's going on?

Because right now, customer service and being informed are going to help you make a decision. So please don't think that we're back into that March and April market.
