Two, keep your emotions in check. Most people have been living in their home five or 10 years. They're very passionate about their belongings and the things they've done to the home, and they're very emotional. So it's really important when you're a seller to detach yourself from the home. If you do get an offer, if the buyers do say something, try to detach yourself, and please keep your emotions in check.
